  • Do more challenging quests. This can be tricky as there is a balance to be kept here. Quests and monsters higher than your level will level you up faster by granting better XP, but if the monsters are too high level, it will take longer to complete them.

  • I hope these tips help you to reach the level cap as fast as you require. There are, of course, many other ways to speed up your WoW leveling that I haven't discussed here. A leveling guide, of which there are a number of good ones, will have these tips.

Have you surfed for some WoW guides lately? A World of Warcraft fast leveling guide can cost you around $50, and I'm not even making this up. The sites that pay for advertising are always smothering the best sites. These good sites, by the way, are the ones that explain to you, in laymen terms, how to achieve what you need without requesting your credit card information in the process. So without further ado, let's go over the four steps to fast leveling!

Step 1: Call him the Hunter

If you're just starting out or want to make an ALT character, go with a hunter for the fastest leveling. You won't need to pick up any skills or go on unnecessary quests. All you'll do is concentrate on learning beast mastery. You will be poor and have few skills, but you'll explode through the levels at a breakneck pace!

    Step 2: Roll a Druid

This is always fun as well as fast. The Druid class is probably one of the most versatile of the bunch. You get a tank, spell-casting abilities, and healing abilities. You can just set out and have fun while playing, and apart from being easier to complete levels, it will feel as if you're going faster.

    Step 3: Be a Rouge

Like with the Druid, you'll also want to roll up a Rogue. You will want to concentrate on your killing talents (this should be fun, right!?). Rogues are quick healers and fighting with them will teach you a lot about battle. Here the challenge is in running as many raids as possible with their high-end raiding group in order to acquire the best raiding gear. This then allows the player, and the raiding guild to progress to the a higher level raid dungeon, and the process is then repeated.

That's not to say that raiders do not need to create alts. Aside from providing a diversion from the dungeon grind, alternate characters allow a player to perform different roles, for example healing, tanking, or dps, if needed. An alt might even be needed as a crafting mule in order to craft gear that might otherwise not be available.

But for a raider, whatever the role of the new character, there will be a need for a more efficient way to level. Here are some tips to help.

    • Always log out in an Inn or main city, like Stormwind or Orgrimmar. Rest experience will accumulate faster in these places and will provide a boost to experience earned by killing NPCs.

    • Create a loot mule. This is an alt that you leave by the mailbox, and mail all the loot that you want to sell in the Auction House.
